how long have you been a photographer?

I (Brianna) have been a photographer for 10 years; Haely has been a photographer for 5!

How many images are included?

While it's hard to give minimums because it all depends how detailed things are, you will never feel like you're missing any photos (and if you do feel that way, just ask me! I'll go through my stuff and make sure I didn't leave anything out). We also don't put limitations on how many photos you get: these are your memories, and they belong to you.

What is your turnaround time?

For weddings, it's 8-12 weeks (expect the higher range during peak wedding months). For sessions, 2-4 weeks. I don't like to rush myself so I give as much attention to your photographs as possible!

How do the payment plans work?

For weddings, we have a $1000 non-refundable, non-transferable reservation retainer fee to hold the date, with the rest due 60 days before the event. If you need me to split this up into monthly payments, just let me know!

For sessions, we require 50% non-refundable, non-transferable reservation retainer fee, with the rest due 7 days prior.

Can you photoshop us?

Other than non-permanent marks on your skin (blemishes, bruises, scratches, etc), we don't do heavy photoshopping. Our role in all of this is to be historians and embrace the truth of who you are at this particular moment. If there is something you're self-conscious about though, let me know and we can work that into posing!

What do we wear for photos?

Don't worry!! I've got a what to wear guide that I send out 3 weeks before the session to help guide you on what will look the best while still maintaining your unique style.

What if we need to reschedule?

If you've put a retainer fee down on a specific date and need to move/change it, legally it is non-refundable and a new retainer would have to be put in place.

What if the weather is awful?

Personally I'm an embracer of finding fun ways to utilize the weather, but if it's really coming down, going to make you miserable, or put my gear at risk, we will reschedule! (This is in reference to sessions ONLY)

What are the travel expenses?

For any photography outside a 60 minute radius, I charge $65 an hour. For weddings, if the location is over 2 hours distance one way, we require enough for a hotel stay in the area.

For any domestic travel within the US, we charge a flat fee of $1700 to cover all travel. Internationally, we will design a custom quote for you!

Do you offer discounts?

Prices listed in our pricing guide are firm.
